What Veritas Mercantile collects, why, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are
Veritas Mercantile is a trading name of Veritas Analytical, LLC, 1727 Keller Parkway, Suite 18, Keller, TX 76248. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect

What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not store card numbers — we never receive them.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor, the carrier delivering the parcel, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum required and nothing further.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Correspondence is kept for two years. Anything else is deleted when it stops being useful.
Your rights
Write to us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We answer within thirty days.
Cookies
