Terms of service

The terms on which Veritas Mercantile sells.

Who you are contracting with

Veritas Analytical, LLC, trading as Veritas Mercantile, 1727 Keller Parkway, Suite 18, Keller, TX 76248.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil an order
we will tell you and refund in full — we do not part-ship without asking first.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Availability

Stock figures on this site are kept current. If something sells out between your order and our
packing it, we will tell you the same day and refund that line.

Description

We describe materials accurately. Natural materials — leather, wool, stoneware, wood — vary in
colour and grain from piece to piece, and that variation is not a defect.

Returns

Set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for
death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you
placed it.
