Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:00pm Central on a business day are usually packed the same afternoon.
Everything else goes within two business days. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is bought,
and it can take the carrier a few hours to begin scanning.
Where we ship
All fifty US states plus the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot
ship to freight forwarders.
PO boxes and APO/FPO
PO boxes are fine for anything under two pounds. Larger items and all oversize items need a
street address. APO and FPO addresses go by USPS and take longer.
If a parcel goes missing
Tell us. If tracking has not moved for five business days we open a claim with the carrier and
send a replacement without waiting for the claim to resolve.
